I got this particular Acer laptop a year and a half ago and it was loaded with windows 10 My previous computer was a Samsung laptop and I think it actually also upgraded to windows 10 but I’m not sure. The sporadic problem is what’s most frustrating because for no apparent reason, all of a sudden when I try to transfer a new book, it may work – or not.

I think I will maybe take my laptop in to have them test it because it is still under warranty to make sure everything is right with it. You’ve tried really hard to help me with the problem and unfortunately, it hasn’t been successful.
