David Walker. Tried to print photos for the first time in over a month. It failed. Device manager indicates no drivers for the hp printer which I can only assume is due to a windows 10 update as I have two machines and both provide the same information.

Tried removing all hp software and deleting any remaining hp folders and then reinstalling the hp software. The software doesn’t throw any glitches but on completion the drivers are not installed. This same software worked with windows 10 previously. When going down the update driver route it fails indicating not digitally signed or incorrectly signed.

I see little point in contacting hp as they no longer market a3 photoprinters for the amateur market.
