To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question. I am running Windows 10 Home on my computer. I just updated iTunes to I cannot get the visualizer to work when I play my music on iTunes now.

I did look up the question and only found some instructions on going to My Music tab, however I don’t have that when I open the iTunes on my computer. I tried using the Help and there was no updated information besides having Windows 8. My kiddo really likes the visualizer so I would really like to get the one on the iTunes to operate without downloading something else.
