I got it new in December and it worked perfect until yesterday. Suddenly it was changed to “Lync Audio Device” and stoped working. Same problems like descriped from Nublex: -headset not working -name of device has changed to lync audio device on my computer -Mute indicator light has dimmed -Microphone is receiving sound, but is not carrying it not talking on discord for example -have tried troubleshooting -have tried restarting, uninstalling etc.
