Yes No. Sorry this didn’t help. Thanks for your feedback. I don’t see any option to uninstall the concerned update. The “Uninstall update” option allows me to uninstall the typical windows security patches and other related updates but the update concerned doesn’t feature in the list.
I have attached the screenshot to highlight the update post which I have been facing the said problems. Although the software is installed, I can’t launch them. The software just doesn’t open. This issue had cause my screen to look stretch for a month now, and i hardly use this pc anymore because of this, and i’ve a Office installed on it and it’s a waste of money if i don’t use it on this pc. You may update the drivers from the device manager as mentioned ion the previous post or download it from the manufacturer’s website. I just had the same issue when I did a Windows update a little while ago. Click Uninstall. Reboot your computer when it’s finished for the changes to take effect. If you look in the device manager before you reboot, the driver or Display Adapters may not even be there.
Once rebooted, the screen will go blank or flicker a few times, but all should be right with the world afterward. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
