There are plenty of other people in this community forum that have had it come up also, although with them it seems it was just a suggestion versus a forced update, but their posts were also from way earlier in the year.

It would not keep popping up since I have delayed it for 30 days, it will come up at the end of the 30 day mark and I will not be able to use the computer until I upgrade.
