You will not have 2 versions of Windows. Only valid keys have to be used and those keys can be changed anytime. So, you just put the right key and forget about OEM key. Do let me know if you have any more question or require further help. It sounds like you bought a reinstall disk. Otherwise they’d have to provide a Product Key or it’s an outright theft. Remember there are no discounts for retail Windows 10 including builder’s OEM which is retail, anything cheaper is likely non-genuine or just a reinstall disk.
